The Zenith Group Management requires all tenants wishing to bring pets into the Life at Highland Village building to read, understand and abide by the rules outlined in this Pet Policy.<br /><br />

<li>All pet owning tenants are required to pay a refundable pet deposit of $125 and a non-refundable pet fee of $125.</li>
<li>There is a monthly pet rent of $25&nbsp;per pet.</li>
